If you want to lose that extra weight. If you want those rocking abs. If you want to feel better. If you want to look better. If you want to be stronger. If you want to live longer - There is no pill - No fad diet - You will need to DO THE WORK. If you don't know what the work is. If you don't know where to start that's where myself and my fellow trainers come in. Find a trainer that you feel confident and comfortable with - There are so many of us out here ready to help you. The longer you wait the more time and energy you lose feeling uncomfortable in your body, with your appearance, feeling tired and run down, dealing with that nagging voice telling you what you already know. Set aside the laundry list of excuses (we all have them) and DO THE WORK!
Turn off the TV, get off the couch and take a walk. Start wherever you need to start, ten minutes is better than nothing if that's where you're at start there and stick with it - Walk 3x10 minutes per day, meaning: take a ten minute walk at breakfast, lunch and dinner. When that feels easy bump it up to 3x15 so you are walking forty-five minutes per day and so on. Many studies suggest that taking your recommended 30 minutes per day of Aerobic exercise and splicing it into shorter segments has the same, if not more, benefits especially for those of you who have been sedentary for a while. This is a good honest goal. Set it and stick with it. You won't regret it!
